We produce seasonal fresh mushrooms and fiddlehead ferns for markets and restaurants.
Our year-round specialty foods include Pickled Fiddleheads and dried mushrooms. We are currently open for new orders.
We prioritize high quality food and extend these practices to each product we produce.
All of our packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible. We use compostable and natural packaging (not plastic) and our jars, boxes and bags are all made in the USA.
Each retail item is thoughtfully designed for markets, natural food co-ops, cafes, and small retail stores.
