Fiddlehead Ferns

Overstory Farm’s fiddleheads offer spring’s first forest grown vegetable. This short season delicacy is sustainably wild-harvested late April through early May.

Our preserved Pickled Fiddleheads extend the season so you can enjoy fiddleheads year-round!
